The legendary OAK RIDGE BOYS have enjoyed a career spanning more than three decades, highlighted by countless awards, including 10 gold and three platinum albums, featuring classics like "Bobbie Sue," "American Made," and their signature, "Elvira.”  After ringing in the New Year for 19 consecutive years at Star Plaza Theatre, the OAK RIDGE BOYS started a new tradition at Star Plaza, having celebrated Christmas in Merrillville for the past several years.  This time, they are returning in October with their classic country concert.  The OAK RIDGE BOYS are they only act that has played STAR PLAZA THEATRE every year, since its opening in 1979. Now that’s a tradition!
