Since its inception over 40 years ago, LYNYRD SKYNYRD has brought us hits like "What's Your Name," "Gimme Three Steps," "Sweet Home Alabama," "That Smell," and of course their anthem, "Freebird." Founding member Gary Rossington along with guitarist Rickey Medlocke and frontman Johnny Van Zant, who joined the band in the late '80s, have seen many changes through the decades, with one thing remaining the same, the music. LYNYRD SKYNYRD continues to be a band of survivors, hitting the road once again with their southern rock style.
